    Pros:- Nice looking, low profile modern look lighting fixture.- Remote control- Very easy assembly- Adjustable color temperature- High lumen outputCons:- Power supply wires are a bit short, but usable as-is.- As other have stated... Installing this is a two person job. Use something like WAGO lever nuts to speed and ease wire connections to minimize the time of holding the fixture above your head when mounting. Also, it will make it 1000x quicker and easier to mount, as well as giving you room to work if you simply slip extensions over the mounting screws --- allowing you to easily locate the mounting holes in the base and guide the base onto the mounting screws when trying to hang the fixture. I used some nylon tubing from an old fluid extractor and cut it into approximately 4" pieces. See the attache photo. Too bad the manufacturer doesn't include these!!!- There is essentially no height adjustment with the mounting hardware provided. My electrical box is not flush, and extends slightly below the ceiling. This gave me a slight gap between the ceiling and the mounted fixture base. I ended up inverting the mounting plate so that the round center section was facing up and the extension rail was facing down. This raises things by roughly the thickness of the rail, and the base is now pretty much against the ceiling with essentially no gap, and looks great.- I'm being generous and only dinging it a star because the square loops sag slightly. *** THE MANUFACURER NEEDS TO 100% CORRECT THIS IN THE DESIGN! There is absolutely no valid excuse for this! I would give it five stars if the loops were self supporting and straight.

      Had to have an electrician install as it is tricky. When up and working it was really nice....bright, looks great. BUT....in 7 months it just stopped working....won't go off or on with wall switch anymore. For a couple days, could get it to go on with the remote after several times...now the remote doesn't even work. There was NOTHING...no power surge, not anything that damaged it....just stopped working...which now I see in the reviews happens pretty frequently. There is also NO customer support...no one to reach out to. Just screwed out of the almost 200.00.

      Bought 2 of these for kitchen. Beautiful lights if they worked. First one lasted about a week and we returned it. Second one we bought May 2023 7 months later it doesnt work either. Remote hasnt worked since we bought it. Had to spend over $200 each for the lights and $200 for electrician for each light installed and another $100 to come back and tell me the transformer is shot. So Ive spent $900 for 2 lights and installing. Got credit for the one already returned after a week and Im out $700 on the one that just quit working. Dont waste your money!!!!

      Cost was absurdly high for what you get. In the attached images, you'll see several "branches" (not sure what else to call them) drooping down, with one that is at an angle. The light portion is assembled to the main body via these threaded tubes that fasten into the light section and the base. However, I had two tubes with dirty threads, preventing the tube from fully seating, resulting in the angled installation. This is a cantilevered design, so I would expect drooping after some time, but not right out of the box. Very disappointed.

      As others have mentioned, huge pain to install, although I managed to install it solo. The trick is to install the wires while the assembly is sitting on a table. In other words, I extended the wires from the ceiling down to table height, to the control box within the main assembly. They only give you ~4" of wire, and I can't imagine trying to make that connection while holding the assembly.

      Something else to note is they provide you a ground wire and shockingly (pun absolutely intended) they write in the manual that it's optional to connect the ground. Please please please make sure you ground the wire to building ground. I suspect this may be the cause of what some customers are reporting with their lights dying out after several months. Will update, should this happen to me as well.
